Print off Conservation Tree & Shrub Sale Order Form - if you are not an Adobe Acrobat user, call (208)745-6664 ext 3 and we will send you an order form.

Orders have to be mailed in or brought into the office to be processed.

Select tree and shrub varieties

The different varieties can be selected by Web Page under the Tree Descriptions and Pictures link or by coming into the office.

New Office Hours - The USDA Office is open Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, you can drop off your order form during these hours. However, if you need assistance with your order form, have questions about the trees and need to do a tree planting plan or windbreak plan the Jefferson SWCD hours are Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
